TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is to ensure the performance of the role of Cyber Security Manager for the contracting authority — Mendel University in Brno — in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 264/2025 Sb., on Cyber Security, as amended (hereinafter also “ZKB”). The contracting authority is a mandatory person under the ZKB. The contracting authority requests the service of a Cyber Security Manager (CSM) in the form of outsourcing from a competent external provider — a legal or natural person. The provider shall ensure the performance of the CSM role through outsourcing and shall fulfil all obligations arising from: 1. the Cyber Security Act, 2. implementing regulations, 3. the requirements of the regulator, 4. the contracting authority’s internal security regulations, including methodological management of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), coordination of the implementation of security measures, support for cyber risk and incident management, and communication with the regulator.
