TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is to ensure the performance of the Cyber Security Manager role for the contracting authority — Mendel University in Brno — in accordance with the requirements of Act No 264/2025 Sb., on Cyber Security, as amended (hereinafter also referred to as “CSB”). The contracting authority is a mandatory person under the CSB. The contracting authority requests the Cyber Security Manager (CSM) service in the form of outsourcing from a qualified external provider — a legal or natural person. The provider will ensure the performance of the CSM role in the form of outsourcing and will fulfil all obligations arising from: 1. the Act on cyber security, 2. implementing regulations, 3. the requirements of the regulator, 4. the contracting authority’s internal security regulations, including methodical management of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), coordination of the implementation of security measures, support for the management of cyber risks and incidents, and communication with the regulator.
