TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the provision of services of an independent intermediary in the sense of Act No. 170/2018 Sb., on insurance distribution and insurance securing, as amended, for the contracting authority. The subject of performance is to arrange the administration of the contracting authority’s insurance aimed at maintaining and updating the status of insurance policies, risk assessment and proposals for optimizing insurance, i.e. in particular: providing consulting and advisory activities, administration of the concluded insurance policies, monitoring timely payment of insurance, assistance in handling insurance events arising from the concluded contracts and damage to property, including claims arising from liability for injury to health or non-pecuniary harm, in particular of patients; providing legal and advisory activities in the field of insurance; assessment and analysis of existing insurance policies.
