TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this contract is the provision of services of an independent intermediary within the meaning of Act No 170/2018 Sb., on the distribution of insurance and insurance-related activities, as amended, for the contracting authority. The subject of performance consists in ensuring the administration of the contracting authority’s insurance intended to maintain and update the status of insurance policies, risk assessment, and proposals for optimizing insurance, i.e., in particular: providing consulting and advisory activities, administering the concluded insurance contracts, monitoring the timely payment of insurance premiums, providing assistance in handling insurance events arising from the concluded contracts and losses relating to property, including claims arising from liability for harm to health or non-material harm, in particular of patients; providing legal and advisory activities in the field of insurance brokerage; assessing and analyzing existing insurance contracts.
