TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of services for the contracting authority related to securing foreign official/business trips of the contracting authority’s employees and other persons designated by the contracting authority (hereinafter the “services”). These are the following services: a) Intermediation in the purchase, reservation and changes to reservations of air tickets and their electronic delivery b) Until the issuance of the air ticket free of charge, the possibility to carry out these changes: • change of participant’s name, • change of the date and time of departure and arrival, • cancellation of the reservation. c) Reservation of combined flights d) Monitoring the dates of issuance of air tickets e) Notification of the approaching expiry of the reservation validity period, changes to the reservation or the price of the air ticket f) Issuance of air tickets g) Electronic delivery of air tickets h) Delivery of printed travel documents to the registered office of the contracting authority i) Telephone service j) Provision of train, bus, ferry and other transportation tickets abroad,…
