TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is to ensure the complete operational chain of hospital catering at the Emergency Hospital in Brno, including preparation, transport, distribution, and serving of meals for patients and employees, including the provision of related activities and logistical services. The service must be provided continuously throughout the entire duration of the contractual relationship, i.e., every calendar day of the year, including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and other non-working days. The subject of the performance also includes securing an online ordering system, personnel, and material provision while meeting legislative requirements for operational safety and hygiene. The supplier is responsible for all processes related to the provision of catering services, including personnel, technical, and organizational arrangements. The public contract performance will be conducted in accordance with the generally binding legal regulations, valid standards, and regulations concerning occupational safety and technical equipment.
