TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the provision of a complete operational chain of hospital catering services at the Trauma Hospital in Brno, including the preparation, transport, serving and distribution of meals for both patients and employees, together with the provision of related activities and logistical services. The performance must be ensured continuously throughout the term of the contractual relationship, i.e. every calendar day of the year, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and other days off. The subject of performance also includes the provision of an online ordering system, personnel and material provisioning while meeting the legislative requirements for safety and hygiene of operations. The supplier is responsible for all processes related to the provision of the catering service, including personnel, technical and organisational provision. The performance of this public contract will be carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, applicable standards and regulations relating to occupational safety and technical equipment.
