The subject matter of the performance of the public contract awarded (hereinafter referred to as the “public contract” or “PC”) is to ensure comprehensive services in the field of handling municipal waste for the municipality, including in particular: a) collection, hauling, removal or utilization of mixed municipal waste (SKO) from collection containers placed at sites designated by the contracting authority, including handling the collection containers, returning them to their original location after collection, and the option of ensuring the supply of collection containers, both for collection sites (container sites) and for containers placed at family houses, b) collection, hauling and utilization of separately collected municipal waste, in particular paper and cardboard, plastics, glass, metals and beverage cartons, including the option of ensuring the supply of collection containers, through collection sites (container sites), containers placed at family houses, and, where appropriate, bag collection in accordance with the municipality’s system, c) collection, hauling and utilization of biodegradable waste, in particular bio-waste from households and public green areas,…
