TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part A) of the contract – Collection of mixed municipal waste - The subject of this part of the contract is the provision of services which will consist in ensuring the collection of mixed municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as “MMW”) (catalogue number 20 03 01), transporting it and delivering it at the place designated by the contracting authority, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular the Waste Act and all implementing regulations thereof. Specification of the scope of services: a) Regular collection of MMW from collection containers placed at single-family houses in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the contract, Frequency: 1x every 14 days (i.e. 26 collections per year), Collection day: odd-numbered Thursday. b) Regular collection of MMW from collection containers placed at apartment buildings in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the contract, Frequency: 1x per week (i.e. 52 collections per year), Collection day: Thursday. c) Collection of MMW from PE bags in the locations specified in Annex No. 3 to the contract, Frequency: 1x per month (i.e. 12 collections per year) Collection day: the first Monday of the month.
