TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement procedure, in accordance with Sections 130 et seq. of the ZZVZ (Act No. 134/2016 Coll.), is to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier, the subject matter of which will be the agreement of a framework agreement that sets out contractual conditions for the performance of partial contracts for the ongoing provision of the following services: a) Provision of regular Technical Support for the System (hereinafter also referred to as “Technical Support”), b) Implementation of Development and modifications of the System (hereinafter also referred to as “Development”). The contracting authority requires that the selected supplier have its own cloud environment at its disposal, or arrange for it for the purposes of performing the subject matter of this public contract (the costs of securing the cloud environment shall be included in the tender price), in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on information systems of public administration.
