TENDER DESCRIPTION

Performance of the designer’s supervision for the project “Reconstruction of the extension of Náměstí Primary School for apartments” Designer’s supervision for a comprehensive reconstruction of the extension of an existing building of the former primary school, consisting in a change of use to an apartment building, including the construction of an additional storey, underground parking, and related technical and transport infrastructure. The construction works include in particular demolition works, modifications to load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of window and door openings infill, insulation and remediation of the building, installation of new technical and technological equipment for the building, internal building services distribution and connections to utility networks, equipment for managing rainwater, construction of paved areas, earthworks and landscaping/vegetation modifications, as well as other construction, installation, and technological works necessary for the proper completion and use of the building in accordance with the project documentation and the relevant legal and technical regulations.
