Performance of the designer’s supervision for the construction “Reconstruction of the extension of Náměstí Primary School for apartments” Designer supervision over the comprehensive reconstruction of the extension of the existing building of the former primary school, consisting in a change of use to a residential building, including the construction of an additional storey, underground parking and related technical and transport infrastructure. The scope of the works includes in particular demolition works, modifications to both load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of window/door openings and their infills, thermal insulation and remediation of the building, implementation of new technical and technological installations of the building, domestic distribution systems and connections to utilities, facilities for managing rainwater, construction of paved areas, earthworks and landscaping and vegetation modifications, as well as other construction, installation (fitting) and technological works necessary for the proper completion and use of the building in accordance with the project documentation and the applicable legal and technical regulations Performance…
