TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is to ensure the activities of the client's technical team, i.e. to provide expert support to the contracting authority and subsequently also to the construction contractor of the project titled "Workers' House Peklo – Rehabilitation of the Social Hall." The contracting authority anticipates that the selected supplier will provide technical and economic consultancy and perform their activities always striving for the most effective solutions from the construction perspective, including actively coordinating the project implementation, being able to identify risks associated with construction and effectively prevent them, responsibly assessing and addressing changes in the project, providing the contracting authority with appropriate information on the preparation and implementation progress of the project to a corresponding extent, and employing personnel with appropriate education, experience, and managerial skills for the performance of the public contract.
