TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single supplier for the provision of routine and winter maintenance of class II and III roads in the territory of the statutory city of Ostrava, including the supply of materials (excluding grit salt) and ensuring road traffic safety on these roads. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months (4 years), commencing on 01.05.2027. The place of performance consists of public roads owned by the Moravian-Silesian Region in the area of the statutory city of Ostrava. Class II and III roads in this area and their components including accessories are located in the Ostrava district, with their total length amounting to 160.575 km (status valid at the date of announcement of the procurement procedure, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the scope of the service provided due to changes in the entrusted sections of the road network – annex location description of class II and III roads in the territory of the city of Ostrava).
