TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the provision of services consisting in ensuring winter and continuous maintenance of selected sections of roads of I class within the territory of Area 03 South Bohemia. For this area, a contract will be concluded with one tenderer for a fixed period of 12 months, with the expected commencement of performance on 1 October 2027, the subject of which will be the performance of winter and continuous maintenance of selected sections of roads of I class within the meaning of Decree No 104/1997 Coll., which implements the Act on Roads, as amended.
