TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance is the provision of winter maintenance of the roads of the city of Harrachov (hereinafter referred to as “ZÚK”), ensuring the operation of the dispatching centre for winter maintenance and carrying out other activities related to winter maintenance of roads, all in accordance with the Winter Maintenance Plan for the Roads of the City of Harrachov for the period from 1. 11. 2026 to 31. 3. 2031 (hereinafter referred to as “PZÚK”) and in accordance with these tender documents and in accordance with the Winter Maintenance Plan, which is prepared in the form of Ordinance No. 3/2021, which is Annex No. 2 to these tender documents. Winter maintenance of roads consists in ensuring the passability and roadworthiness of roads during the winter period in accordance with Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on land roads, as amended, and related legal regulations and decrees and ordinances of the city of Harrachov, within the administrative territory of the city of Harrachov, which includes the cadastral territory: Harrachov.
