TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of 11 power generators sets, purchase of 11 cargo trailers (two-axle) The subject of the contract is the purchase of 11 power generator sets, the purchase of 11 cargo trailers (two-axle) as part of the implementation of the task entitled "Creation and maintenance, in the area of the municipality, of resources for the protection of the public and infrastructure necessary for the performance of public protection and civil defense tasks (investment tasks II call for proposals). The subject matter of the contract delivered to the Contracting Authority will be brand new, free from legal and manufacturing defects, and will comply with the recommendations, standards and applicable technical and operating requirements in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Delivery of the subject matter of the contract shall take place at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority within the Municipality of Brzeszcze. From the acceptance activities, representatives of the Parties shall prepare an acceptance protocol.
