TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the "Purchase of 16 measurement-based Prophylactic Kiosks along with the Contractor’s technical service". 2. The contract is related to the implementation of project task No 15.3 and 15.4, as part of the project "Coordinated Care in Primary Health Care" (project number: FERS.04.15-IP.07-003/23). 3. NOTE: The Contracting Authority carries out the procedure under the project "Coordinated Care in Primary Health Care" with regard to the Purchase of 16 measurement-based Prophylactic Kiosks along with the Contractor’s technical service until 31 December 2027; the remaining scope of the contract, i.e. the Contractor’s technical service performed after 31 December 2027 until 31 July 2030, is financed from the Contracting Authority’s own funds. 1.
