TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 2 units of specialized 4x4-powered ambulances with specialized equipment for the Podkarpackie Emergency Medical Service Station in Mielec, with technical and functional parameters compliant with the requirements described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the tenderer to offer factory-new sanitary ambulances of type C with medical compartment outfitting. The offered ambulances must have factory-new equipment, free from defects, covered by a warranty. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the minimum requirements concerning the base vehicle, the medical compartment, and medical equipment, is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 4. The contract shall be performed within a maximum time limit of 30 days from the date of signing the contract. 5.
