TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. The subject of the basic contract is the delivery of 1 unit of a high-capacity articulated low-floor city bus powered by electric energy (hereinafter referred to as the MEGA vehicle). Option – increase of the order by 2 bus units in case of obtaining funding. 1.2. Offered vehicles must be new buses, designed according to the principles of modular construction ecodesign, manufactured in the year of delivery by a single manufacturer with technical and operational parameters compliant with the Procedure documentation. For each bus, the Contractor will provide a minimum 60 months warranty and 36 months statutory warranty. 1.3. Offered buses must not be prototype products. 1.4. The subject of the order also includes delivery of: 1.4.1. 1 set of documents defining the rules of warranty and service provision, in Polish, for each bus separately; 1.4.2. documents necessary for the approval of the offered buses for operation in Poland, i.e. current vehicle type approval certificates – concerning each delivered bus separately; 1.4.3. 1 set of maintenance and repair documentation as well as regulatory and repair data, diagrams of pneumatic and electrical systems, repair instructions for…
