TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. The subject matter of the basic contract is the supply of 1 articulated, low-floor, high-capacity urban bus powered by electricity (hereinafter referred to as the MEGA vehicle). Option: increasing the contract by 2 buses in the event that co-funding is obtained. 1.2. The offered vehicles must be new buses designed in accordance with the eco-design principles of modular construction, manufactured in the year of delivery, by a single manufacturer, with technical and operational parameters compliant with the Procurement Documentation. For each bus, the Contractor shall provide a minimum warranty of 60 months and a statutory liability (warranty for defects) of 36 months. 1.3. The offered buses may not be a prototype product. 1.4. The subject matter of the contract also includes delivery of: 1.4.1. 1 set of documents specifying the rules for providing warranty and service services, in the Polish language for each bus separately; 1.4.2. documents necessary to permit the offered buses to operate in Poland, i.e. current certificates of type approval of the vehicle—separately for each of the delivered buses; 1.4.3. 1 set of service and repair documentation and regulatory-repair data,…
