Purchase of 4 anaesthesia machines as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Defence Programme for 2025–2026 under Area II The subject matter of the contract is the supply of anaesthesia machines — a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been provided respectively in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ / Appendix No 1 to the contract — the assortment-and-price schedule/opz in accordance with the rules set out in the contract template constituting Appendix No 4 to the SWZ. The Contractor undertakes, as part of the subject matter of the contract (among other things), to: 1) Deliver, install and start up the equipment at its own expense and by its own efforts. 2) Provide the Contracting Authority in Polish with detailed operating instructions and rules for maintaining the equipment, and warranty cards. 3) Train the Contracting Authority’s personnel in the operation and use at the Contracting Authority’s premises, in the number indicated by the Contracting Authority after agreeing with the Contracting Authority the date, before signing the final acceptance protocol. 4) During the warranty period: provide warranty service and periodic inspections (in…
