TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a 9-seat bus for the transport of persons with disabilities, including persons using wheelchairs, to facilities providing rehabilitation services outside the Municipality 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a factory-new, unregistered 9-seat vehicle (8 passengers + 1 driver) adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including at least one seat for a person in a wheelchair. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. The Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) defines the minimum technical parameters and technical-operational requirements for the subject matter of the contract. 3. In addition, the Contractor’s obligations related to the performance of the contract are also set out in the draft contract provisions constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
