Purchase of a 9-seat vehicle adapted for transporting participants with disabilities of the Support Centre “Pod Zielonym Dębem” in Jawor The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of a factory-new, unused, complete vehicle free from physical and legal defects: a 9-seat vehicle adapted to transport persons with disabilities—participants of the Support Centre “Pod Zielonym Dębem” in Jawor.1.2 The delivered vehicle must meet all requirements specified in these Contracting Terms and Conditions and in applicable provisions of law.2.
