TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a mobile power generator set (on a transport trailer) with minimum power of 80 kVA 1. The subject of the contract is: “Purchase of a mobile power generator set (on a transport trailer) with minimum power of 80 kVa” carried out under the national “Civil Protection and Defence Programme for 2025-2026”. - in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ3. All documents describing the subject matter of the contract must be treated as mutually complementary in the sense that, in the event of any discrepancies, ambiguities or lack of clarity, the Contractor may not limit the scope of its obligation arising from the contract for the public procurement awarded. 4. The Contractor is obliged to deliver equipment that is brand new, of appropriate quality, operational, free from any physical defects, as well as free from any legal defects and claims of third parties, not used, not on display. 5.
