TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of an ambulance for SP ZOZ Ambulance Station in Gdańsk 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of one emergency ambulance with a permissible gross vehicle mass (DMC) above 3.5 tonnes. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. This description concerns the order for one ambulance compliant with the above-mentioned appendix. 3. When specifying requirements in terms of standards, the Contracting Authority indicates that these are requirements to meet those standards (PN-EN 1789+A1:2024-06) or equivalent—within each part of the description of the subject matter of the contract, or of the items in which such standards are specified. 4. The Contractor, as part of the subject matter of the contract, will be obliged to carry out 1 time per year warranty inspections during the medical equipment installation warranty period (throughout the entire warranty period). 5.
