TENDER DESCRIPTION
6.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of an X-ray apparatus for the Emergency Department together with integration with the PACS/RIS system and adaptation of the premises 6.2. The subject of the contract must be permitted for trading and use on the territory of Poland, as well as compliant with the applicable legal regulations in this regard; it must have all necessary certificates and other documents specified in the SWZ. 6.3. A detailed description/conditions regarding the subject of the contract are included in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ and: detailed requirements regarding the technical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract are provided in Appendix No. 2b to the SWZ. 6.1.
