TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot No 1 – Device for transcutaneous oxygen application with a function for administering hyaluronic acid The subject of the contract includes in particular: a) delivery of the subject of the contract, including unloading, internal transport, installation and commissioning (if applicable) at the Contracting Authority’s registered office, b) delivery together with the subject of the contract: - a technical passport and operating instructions in the Polish language, - the necessary equipment specified in the content of the annexes describing in detail the subject of the contract, c) coverage of the delivered item with at least a 24-month warranty (counted from the date of installation, commissioning and handover of the device confirmed by a protocol, within a time limit that takes into account the Contracting Authority’s working hours), d) ensuring the service’s response within no more than 24 hours from the time of the Contracting Authority’s notification (in accordance with the OPZ), e) carrying out (at the offer price) training of medical staff in the operation of the offered subject of the contract in accordance with Appendix No 8 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the…
