TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical equipment for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract consists of 7 parts. The subject of the contract in part No. 1 consists of Hospital beds (2 tasks). 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, the list of equipment, quantities and the manner of performance of the contract are included in the attachments to the SWZ, namely: 1) Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ – Price Form, 2) Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract, 3) Appendix No. 3B to the SWZ – Draft contract for successive deliveries (refers to parts 1, 2, 4, 5). Appendix No. 1A and 1B to the SWZ are to be attached by the Contractor to the tender. By filling in the indicated items in Appendix 1B to the SWZ – OPZ, the Contractor confirms compliance with the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 3. The offered items of the contract must be complete, with a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, and also free from material, structural and legal defects. 4.
