TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the “Purchase of medical equipment for the needs of the Thoracic Surgery and Neoplasms Department at the Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery Centre in Bystra”, a task carried out from the resources of the Silesian Voivodeship under a specific-purpose grant, under Package No 1 – a mediastinoscope – 1 pc. (set), whose detailed description has been indicated in Section II(1) of the SWZ in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ-OPZ (detailed description of the subject matter of the contract) and in the draft contract constituting Appendix No 5 to the SWZ: The Contracting Authority requires that the delivered subject matter of the contract be factory-new and unused, free from legal and physical defects, including in particular defects, construction errors, workmanship errors and other technical defects that could become apparent during its use. The delivered subject matter of the contract must be a medical device compliant with the requirements of applicable legal provisions, in particular Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices (MDR) and the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices, to the extent applicable…
