TENDER DESCRIPTION
6.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of: X-ray machine with a C-arm – 1 unit. 6.2. The subject of the contract must be approved for trading and use in the territory of Poland, and must comply with the applicable legal provisions in this respect; it must have all necessary certificates and other documents included in the SWZ. 6.3. A detailed description/conditions regarding the subject of the contract are included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and: detailed requirements regarding the technical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No. 2b to the SWZ. 6.1.
