TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract in part No. 1 is the delivery and installation of an angiography system and other medical equipment together with the modernisation and outfitting of the Vascular Surgery and Angiology Clinic. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are contained in the SWZ and the annexes, in particular in: 1) the Price — Assortment Form, constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ 2) the Functional and Utility Programme together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ 3) the Draft contract provisions together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 5a to the SWZ.
