TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract is: 1) the supply of 20 units (basic order – guaranteed) of factory-new, i.e. manufactured no earlier than 6 months before the date of delivery and not used, identical (of the same type, length, designed in the same way, based on the same technical documentation, by the same manufacturer) single-section low-floor buses, having documents forming the basis for registration of the vehicle and valid as of the date of delivery of a given batch of vehicles, meeting the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 502, as amended), ready for operation, i.e. in particular adapted for the transport of persons in urban transport, compliant with the description of the subject matter concerning bus parameters, specified in Appendix No. 12A to the SWZ, and with the description relating to on-board systems, specified in Appendix No. 12B to the SWZ; 2) the supply of 10 units (basic order – guaranteed) of two-station plug-in chargers together with a telemetry system, compliant…
