TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of zero-emission buses for ZKM Zawiercie sp. z o.o. in the quantity of 3 units. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of the above-mentioned buses along with equipment, necessary software, documentation, and conducting training under the conditions specified in this specification of contract terms. 4. Requirements regarding compliance with regulations: 1) The offered bus must meet the requirements and conditions specified in Regulation No. 107 of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) - Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles of category M2 or M3 with regard to their general construction [2015/922] (OJ EU L.2015.153.1 dated 2015.06.18), hereinafter referred to as UNECE Regulation No. 107. 2) The offered buses must be equipped with electric motor(s). 3) The offered bus must be manufactured with maximum use of non-flammable materials, especially concerning materials used for the construction and interior equipment of the bodywork and must have EC type-approval of the vehicle regarding…
