TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a bus co-financed from PFRON funds as part of the project “Riding without Barriers” The subject of the contract is the purchase of a brand-new bus adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including the transport of a person who uses a wheelchair. Number of seats: 19 passenger seats + driver + attendant; in addition, offers providing for standing places are permitted. The vehicle must meet the requirements of applicable EU regulations and must have a type approval issued in accordance with Article 70b of the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended). The vehicle must have the steering wheel installed on the left side of the vehicle at the factory and must be adapted for the transport of persons in right-hand traffic. The vehicle must meet all requirements specified in applicable legal provisions, including those set out in Part III of the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic and the implementing regulations to that Act.
