The subject of the contract is the delivery of one factory-new, unused bus adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including persons using invalid wheelchairs. The detailed scope and minimum technical, functional and type-approval requirements concerning the vehicle are specified in Annex No 7 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract.”
