TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a school bus for transporting students to schools managed by the Municipality of Pionki The subject of the contract is the purchase of a brand-new school bus for transporting students to schools managed by the Municipality of Pionki, under the Masovian Support Instrument “Buses for Masovian schools”, with a minimum number of seats for 22 passengers + the driver; and if it is necessary to transport a person in an accessible/disabled spot, after dismounting 4 seats, the bus configuration will include 18 seats + 1 person in a wheelchair + the driver. The bus must meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law, and in implementing regulations issued on the basis of that Act, and in particular comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Dz.U.2024.502 consolidated text as of 2024.04.04). 2.
