TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a school bus for transporting students to schools operated by the Tłuszcz Commune 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand-new school bus intended for transporting children and students, as part of the investment task included in the budget of the Tłuszcz Commune under the name: “Purchase of a school bus for transporting students to schools operated by the Tłuszcz Commune”, co-financed from the funds of the Mazovian Voivodeship Government under the Mazowieckie Support Instrument “Buses for Mazovian schools” – 2026 edition. 2. The offered bus must meet the requirements arising from applicable provisions of law, in particular the Act of 20 June 1997 – the Road Traffic Law and implementing acts issued on its basis, applicable as of the date of delivery of the vehicle. 3. The vehicle must have all documents required by law necessary for its registration and authorisation for road traffic in the territory of the Republic of Poland, including a current type approval certificate or other equivalent document required by the applicable provisions of law. 4.
