TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of monthly tickets for transporting children to and from schools and kindergartens within the territory of Gmina Krzemieniewo for the 2026/2027 school year (procedure 2) 1. The subject of the procedure is the performance of a service of transporting children to and from schools and kindergartens within the territory of Gmina Krzemieniewo. The specified service will be provided in the 2026/2027 school year. The service will be provided on all school days, except Saturdays, public holidays and other days legally exempt from school activities specified on the basis of the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 11 August 2017 on the organisation of the school year (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1211) on the basis of monthly tickets on regular routes established by the Contracting Authority, with priority of travel for children with an individual monthly school ticket and for guardians with a monthly ticket (ticket prices will be set in this procedure). 2.
