TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of Christmas vouchers from the funds of the Company Social Benefits Fund (Zakładowy Fundusz Świadczeń Socjalnych, ZFŚS) for employees of the Institute of National Remembrance. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex No 2 to the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia), hereinafter referred to as “SWZ”. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make use of the option right, in accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), consisting in increasing the number of vouchers by 255 units, which will not constitute a change to the contract. Detailed rules for the performance of the option right are set out in Annex No 2 and Annex No 3 to the SWZ. 1.
