“Purchase of a Tractor with Attachments for the Gmina Gryfów Śląski” The subject of the contract is the purchase of a tractor together with attachments for the Gmina Gryfów Śląski. Requirements of the Contracting Authority: - The subject of the contract must be new, complete, free from any physical and legal defects and from any encumbrances of third parties, and it must not be the subject of any proceedings or security. - The Contractor undertakes to deliver the tractor with fuel in the fuel tank in an amount of not less than 20 litres. Other requirements: - the supplier must provide a “Declaration of Conformity with CE” for the tractor and attachments offered; - the first service inspection together with operating materials at the Contracting Authority for 100 operating hours included in the offered price; - guaranteed warranty and post-warranty service for the agricultural tractor and attachments. - the guaranteed response time in the event of a failure of the agricultural tractor must be maximum 48 hours from the time of notification, counted in working days, and completion of repairs maximum 14 days from the date on which they were started; - the machine offered must be in…
