TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task 1: Purchase and delivery of an agricultural tractor. The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of an agricultural tractor required to carry out tasks in the scope of civil protection and civil defense under the Civil Protection and National Defense Program for 2025-2026, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 4.1 The equipment supplied under this contract must be brand new, free from any defects and damage, with no prior use, must come from the manufacturer’s legal sales channel, and may not be subject to rights of third parties. The use of (the subject of the contract) or their components—refurbished, demonstration or showroom/past display, leased— is not permitted. 4.2 Under the contract, it is necessary to perform: purchase and delivery to the indicated place: Zabłudów Wastewater Treatment Plant, ul.
