Purchase of a tractor with a trailer for transporting potable water 2.1 The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a tractor with a trailer for transporting potable water. 2.2 Details regarding the description of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2.3 If the procurement documentation contains references to specific names, standards, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions, i.e. if the Contractor finds that the names, national standards, European standards, international standards used in the SWZ (annexes to the SWZ) may indicate manufacturers or the source of their origin, then the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions within this scope. This means that the main technical parameters and those of importance for achieving the purpose of the specified products define the minimum expectations regarding the quality of the products to be used to perform the subject matter of the contract/agreement.
