TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Nowodworze. Performance of the contract includes delivery (understood as making available to the Contracting Authority at the Contractor’s production plant or at an authorised point designated by the Contractor, located within the territory of the Republic of Poland), transfer of title, and acceptance by the Contracting Authority of a factory-new, complete vehicle free from essential defects and approved for road use, fully technically prepared, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ (specification of the contract terms) and with the Contractor’s submitted tender. 4.2.
