TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a heavy fire rescue vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Nowodwór. The execution of the contract includes delivery (understood as placing at the disposal of the Contracting Authority at the Contractor's production plant or an authorized point designated by the Contractor, located within the territory of the Republic of Poland), transfer of ownership and acceptance by the Contracting Authority of a factory-new, complete, free from significant defects and roadworthy vehicle, fully technically prepared, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and the submitted offer of the Contractor. 4.2.
