TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Lipiny Dolne unit of the Volunteer Fire Service (OSP KSRG Lipiny Dolne). 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of a factory-new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 6x6 drive system – hereinafter referred to as “the vehicle”, 2) delivery of the necessary technical description (in the Polish language), 3) delivery together with the contract of the required operating instructions in the Polish language and a complete set of documents necessary for registering the vehicle, 4) training of the persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of operating the vehicle and the equipment that is the subject of the contract. The Contractor bears the costs of all materials necessary to conduct the training. 3.
