TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) KSRG Lipiny Dolne. 2. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of a factory-new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 6x6 drive system – hereinafter referred to as the “vehicle”, 2) delivery of the required technical description (in the Polish language), 3) delivery, together with the order, of the required operating instructions in the Polish language and a complete set of documents necessary for registering the vehicle, 4) training of persons designated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of operation of the vehicle and the equipment that is the subject of the contract. The Contractor bears the costs of all materials necessary to carry out the training. 3.
