TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a heavy fire-fighting and rescue vehicle with a 6x6 drive system (category 2: off-road) for OSP NIEGOWA. The order also includes the delivery of additional equipment with the order, the instruction manual in Polish required for operation, a complete set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, and training of OSP members in its operation. 1) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority's requirements regarding the execution and acceptance of the task is defined by: - Terms of Reference (ToR) - Description of the Subject of the Contract (minimum technical and operational requirements which are mandatory) – Annex No. 2 to the ToR, - Contract template – Annex No. 6 to the ToR All requirements specified in the documents constitute minimum requirements, and compliance with them is mandatory. Failure to meet the aforementioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the terms of the contract under Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law.
