TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of AED defibrillators and tactical first-aid kits (as part of OLiOC). The subject of the contract is the purchase of AED defibrillators and tactical first-aid kits (as part of OLiOC). 1. The Buyer orders and the Seller undertakes to sell to the Buyer 84 AED defibrillators and 91 tactical first-aid kits together with medical equipment, hereinafter referred to as the subject of the contract. 2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the agreement. 3. The Seller shall deliver the subject of the contract at its own cost and risk to the Buyer’s registered office at ul. Grochowska 274 in Warsaw. 4. The Seller guarantees that the delivered AED defibrillators and tactical first-aid kits: 1) are unused, brand new, free from physical and legal defects and damage, have no third-party rights with respect to them and are not subject to any proceedings or obligations; 2) meet the requirements of generally applicable standards and are approved for trading and use in the territory of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations. 5.
