TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of a complete AV system intended for conducting hybrid meetings, multimedia presentations and videoconferences. The system must allow operation in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) mode and BYOD mode using users' laptops, ensuring full integration of all audio, video and control devices. The contract includes delivery of a professional large-format UHD monitor with a minimum diagonal of 98", a videoconferencing set certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms, a control panel, extension modules, and devices enabling wireless and wired sharing of images from users' computers. The system must support presentations, conduct hybrid meetings, and simultaneous transmission of images from multiple cameras - ToR appendix no. 10 to the ToR.
